DIN Solid Carbide Circular Saw Blades

Our solid carbide circular saw blades according to DIN should only be used on stable and low-vibration machines (preferably milling machines). For steel machining, a particularly greasy cooling is recommended. In the case of machining of non-ferrous metals, spray lubrication can also be used. Gray cast iron and plastics can be machined dry.

Karnasch Professional Tools offers the most comprehensive range of circular saw blades worldwide, available in stock

With Karnasch solid carbide circular saw blades according to DIN you achieve first-class results in slotting and cutting works. Our DIN solid carbide circular saw blades are suitable for steel > 1000 N, stainless steel, gray cast iron, aluminum, copper, copper alloy, zinc alloy, inconel, titanium, plastic and GRP/CRP. Our DIN solid carbide circular saw blades are available in diameters ranging from 15 mm to 200 mm. Our solid carbide circular saw blades according to DIN should only be used on stable and low-vibration machines (preferably milling machines). For steel machining, a particularly greasy cooling is recommended. In the case of machining of non-ferrous metals, spray lubrication can also be used. If this is respected, the cutting speed can be increased up to 4 times compared to HSS DIN circular saw blades.
