Delivery Summary

It is very important for us to get your order on it's way to you as soon as possible. We exclusively work with world renowned carrier UPS to ensure swift and secure delivery of your order.

Processing times

We process all orders on the day the order is placed, when the order is placed before 13:00 GMT. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume or issues pertaining to the on-going pandemic situation, your order might be delayed. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Dispatch

When you shop with Karnasch, we provide an estimated date of when you can expect your order to be delivered. This estimated date can vary based on live stock availability. While almost always accurate, the estimated dispatch date is an estimation and can be dictated by events outside of our control. Our dispatch team are totally dedicated to getting your order on its way to you in the fastest time possible.

When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email confirming your parcel has been handed to the carrier and you can rest assured that it's on its way to you!

Shipping Cost Indications

Please find below details of current delivery cost indications:

• Some larger, bulky products may be subject to a delivery surcharge which will be clearly visible during checkout.
• There is a small order surcharge of £10 applicable to orders below £25 ex vat.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Delivery times are liable to change due to accessibility restrictions to certain areas within the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

We will provide an estimated date of when you can expect your order to be delivered.

• Some orders in harder to reach areas may be subject to a delivery surcharge which will be clearly visible during checkout.

Heavy Deliveries

Normal deliveries are restricted to 70kg.

In the case of an incorrect order being placed we charge 15% handling fee, with a minimum of £15 net. Special products can not be returned. Please use only our forms below.
