    Product Description

    HSS-XE steel + TiN coated
    Made of high-alloyed special steel „XE“ for considerably longer service life than HSS-steel. 
    Advantages of the extreme unequal pitch:
    • Specially suitable for use in aircraft construction
    • Excellent surface quality due to reduced vibrations.
    • Reduction of the axial force by 50% and the radial force by 25% results in:
      • Minimizing the cutting force for more tool life
      • Less machine load for a longer service life
      • Excellent for hand-operated use
    • Optimal chip breaking through relief grinding
    Impact shank in short version enables a quick tool change in all conventional impact shank holder.
    For countersinking in materials:
    • High-alloyed chromium steel such as stainless (V2A / V4A)
    • Acid resistant steel
    • Steel
    • Cast iron
    • Non-ferrous metals
